sounds like parvo..keep an eye on his poopie for blood

He may have had a seizure. If he is still off balance he could have an inner ear infection or something more serious. You need to take him to your vet for an exam to get a diagnosis. Heart disease usually presents with a cough, weight loss, lethargy,difficulty breathing, and not wanting to eat.

No, this is a sign of poisoning!
Get to the emergency vet NOW!!!
Look around and see if there is anything he could have gotten into. If you find something, take it with you to the vet.
Consider that someone could have tossed something to him. You may not find anything.
Animal control and the SPCA have low cost vet care, or can refer one to you.

Rabies or distemper is the only ones I know of that causes lose of balance and white foam

Not necessarily. But you need to take him to your vet anyways, it could be a number of things going on with him. Could be anything from seizures to poisoning or anything for that matter. Best bet is to get him to the vet.

he could be having siezers or may of caught somthing.. you need to call your vet. i hope he is ok

Please please please take your dog to the Vet. We cannot possibly diagnose and advise treatment via the Internet. If you cannot afford a regular vet, please take your dog to the clinic at your local SPCA they will treat for less than a regular vet out in town.
