Be safe and bored or take a chance?

Question

Right now I am a college student. I currently live with my parents, I work a job that makes decent money and I have opportunity to move up in my company. Its okay but its pretty boring. My parents and I constantly fight and Im not happy at home.

Despite my job being good I hate it but I am too scared to leave because everyone is allways telling don't leave its a good company you can move up. Everybody hates their job thats life, its good money so why quit?

Anyways I was thinking I just really want to leave and start fresh. Go to a new school, move out the house and get a new job that I will actually enjoy. Its risky though I've never been on my own and while I feel suffocated living their I really just want to leave.

Money is a necessity but happiness is more important, in my opinion. There are plenty of good jobs to be had. Probably one you will be very happy in.
just use your own good judgement. Only you really knows what you want and need in life.

Take it one step at a time. It's a lot of major changes all at once if you don't. You could start by finding a place of your own, then when you are settled in your new home you could consider changing other aspects of your life - I suspect though that things in general may seem a lot brighter if you just make the one initial change to begin. You don't sound happy at home now so that would be a good place to start and if you find you've made the wrong decision, well then you can always move back home again - you can't do that so easily with a job! Everybody doesn't hate their job by the way - how could you live doing something you hate everyday? If you really do hate the job that much then leave. ( but find another job first)

stretch those wings and fly baby! growing up and maturing is full of risks, but also opportunities and discovery. go to a new school (research it first), try to get financial aid, and soar! good luck, and enjoy life.....
