Are you serious? Of course she needs help, but who needs you all more than anyone are the poor children. She has been having children since she was a teen, I'm sure this isn't her first cry for help or the first time you have seen her needing help. I would suggest instead of airing your sister's business here you stop judging her and try to get her the help she needs for your nieces sake.

Best Wishes!

YES!! Ur sis needs help& the sooner the better! She really needs to get into some kind of treatment center for alchohal & substance abuse. If she doesn't, she could be dead before she's 28. Drinking & doing drugs is a deadly combination. U didn't say if she's married; if she is, where the hell is her husband? If not, where is the father of these kids? She could face more charges later for child neglect, or abuse; she could lose the kids to foster care or lose them altogether. She could also be deemed an unfit Mother, & have to give her kids up! Is that what she wants? She's working awful hard @ it, so, yeah, she needs help. Please see that she gets it. It won't be easy, but u, ur parents, someone has to help her get the help she needs. Good Luck, u're ALL going to need it!!

Yes, you need help. I don't think it is your sister your describing, but I think you are the one doing all of this. First thing you need to get help and do it right away. if you are doing zanex and drinking, this is a bad combination. Crack is used and then you take zanex to come down. So I am gonna tell you one horrible truth. You will loose your precious children. If you are tested for crack/meth, and you come dirty from testing DHS will take your children. Commitment is the word and it is to your innocent children. You need to be commited to a drug re-hab center. Then what you need to do , is stay clean. You are trippin. Don't let this happen.

i just faught the system to get my 25 year old son in a detox center. He has a 9 month old daughter. Its been a long summer going in and out of programs. We did a private intervention and talked him into going or he could go own killing himself. He has been there 17 days and its the longest he has lasted. There is always hope. Yes your sister needs help. Threaten to have her kids taken away. Let her know she is hurting all who love her. Check out a crisis center for drugs and alchol treatments in your area. There are so many. If she is in danger of hurting herself or the children someone needs to go to your local court house to see if she can be sectioned into a rehab and if so let her know that if she doesn't go herself the whole family will not enable her but remove the kids by the law. My sons girl had to let him go so he would get help. She will wait for him only if he stays long term. We pray for him and Tonight I say a prayer for your sister. What kind of life is it on drugs or drunk all the time. Abuse of these things can be caused by a trauma. She needs help.

It does sound as if she needs some help. I think part of the problem is that she had her kids early and never had a chance to be young and party. Someone should help her more with the kids and relieve some of her stress and maybe that will help.

she definately needs help, this will probably sound horrible but have you or your mom considered taking custody of the ckids for a little while?at first, she may feel like she has more time to play until reality sinks in.I know this question is about your sister but, those kids need help too.Even if you say no to her she'll find someone else to do it for her.I hope this helps

Sounds like she needs a good butt kickin'. She shouldn't have been out like that when she has children. Doing drugs and drinking til all hours is just unacceptable behavior. Tell her we are all ashamed of her here at Yahoo Answers !

She should have the kids taken away from her until she cleans up her act-- right now she is not fit to be a parent!
