Seibukan means "the house of correct martial arts". There are many dojos of various styles that use this as the name of their dojo, and there is a style of karate called Seibukan Shorin Ryu.

Seibukan Shorin Ryu is a style of karate developed by Master Zenryo Shimabukuro, student of the great Master Chotoku Kyan.
It is neither a hard or soft style and requires power and precision as well as speed and agility.
Seibukan Jujutsu was developed by Julio Toribio Sensei.
Seibukan Aikido was developed by Hiroshi Tajiri-sensei.
