To lose weight, you need to reduce the calorie intake by some amount. It is important to develop a healthy diet , so that body receives sufficient nutrients even as you try to lose weight. Check the calorie count of the food you eat. A diet without sufficient nutrients like vitamins and minerals will only increase your appetite when you are trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan to lose weight , additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles to increase the metabolic rate. Small changes in your diet can help you lose a lot of weight. For long term fat loss, the exercise program should consist of a combination of weight training and aerobic exercises. either the south beach diet or eating 5 meals a day. the five meals aren't like huge meals but they are in smaller portions. Your body needs to always have food, that is where your energy comes from. So don't go long periods of time not eating. Then, there's exercize. I've heard that Pilates is good but i run 2 miles so that's an option. Also, when you think you are hungry, you really could be thirsty, so drink water instead of eating. Stay away from bread, pasta, and red meat.

The one that goes best with YOUR life style. If you change drastically is very easy to go back to your bad habits. Try to figure it out by knowing how many calories your body needs and then learn a about food, learn how to read labels and enjoy the best food you can. I would tell you to exercise at least 3 or 4 weeks a weeks and eat at least 4 times a day.

Be happy, don't stressed to much about it! and just take care of your body by feeding him good stuff like vegetables, fruits and protein..think that your body is you home and you can Not move out!

Go to a nutriologist, we all have VERY different needs.

Life is too short, enjoy!
