my last perod was on august 31,2006 and i am 8 days late. i took a test but it was negative. my nipple are very sore and i am sometimes nauses. what could it be. can i be pregnant?

Wait a few days and take another one if u feel there is a chance you could be. If it's still negative, make a doctor's appointment. Good Luck!!

You could be but you have to think of how your periods work. Like are you normally late. things like that if it said negetive and you still haven't started your period by the 12th day of being late take anouther test.

yeah your pregnant, it usually takes two weeks after your missed period before it shows up on a pregnancy test...and that is because of the progesterone level in your urine

Most likely you are, but it could be stress. Or side effects if you were on any kind of birth control.

it also could be something else hormonal...go to a dr's and they'll do a blood test if your unsure
