The guy i like has girl friend and 4 my b day he said he would kiss me for a while i was ok with it but i then decided that i want to wait so now he is all over anothor girl he also called me a b**** to her and i have a friend who said they were all over each other so my question is what should i say to him and what should i not and do you think i should tell his girlfriend

Of course tell his girlfriend, regardless of who or how good of a kisser he was no one is worth risking a friendship over. He has a girlfriend, and if he is willing to cheat on her, he's not the man you need..

This guy is a player. He sounds like he gets it when he can & where he can. He's messing with you. You were right to say no and you should keep saying no to him. I'd move on and not worry about what he's up to or with. You can find a good guy who will care about you & treat you right.
