You won't be able to, simply because language is such a complex thing.

Here's an example. I'm into German pop music, and one of the artists I listen to is Juliane Werding. When I run her song lyrics through Babelfish, it will translate her name literally as "Juliane who thing".

A good example of one of her song titles is "Sie weiß, was sie will." The title properly translates as "She knows what she wants," because the song is about a woman who's been putting up with her no-good boyfriend and is finally leaving him. But you'd have a hard time getting that translation out of Babelfish or any other online translation utility. "Sie" can mean "she", "it" or "they", or even "you" in the formal address, and "weiß" can mean either "knows" or "white". So Babelfish might render the title as "you knows, what wants it" or "they white, what it wants."

This isn't to say these translation utilities don't have their uses. Since my German is at an intermediate level, I run the song lyrics through Babelfish to get the gist of the original, and then I use my own skills and dictionaries to clean the translations up.

You can't find something free that does a good job. The online translators like bablefish etc. they allow you to have a global understanding of what the text is about but the translation is horrible. If you want a good job, you have to hire a human translator or you can go to some forums where native speakers can do it free for you. I used to translate for free for people but now I don't have time for that.

sounds like a scam. Indicators are that you found the job on craigslist, that you have not gotten any interview of whatever kind. No legit employer will employ you without even talking to you. They ask for up front payment. They promise you airline tickets without payment - if they don't pay for your visa costs, they certainly would not pay for an airline ticket. Not sure whether it is even legit to make you pay for part of the visa costs, but if it is legit, then the payment should come out of your first paycheck, not a payment up front. Depending on the kind of job it might not be possible to get a visa for the job. What are the minimum qualifications for the job? PhD? Anybody can make a website.

You can't sorry. Language is too much of a living thing, depends too much on people, for computers to do a good job understanding it.

free + good job? And maybe you want that it drives for you or that it cooks. Add any feature... the two you mentioned don't exist together.
