you must floss, then brush your teeth, and clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner/ scrapper, not brush your tongue. It hurts the tongue. And lastly do not use mouth wash it kills good bacteria that fights off bad bacteria. Also, there are some food that will give you bad breath like garlic, onions. If you still have bad breath, check to see if you have heart burn or a hitchhiker from your burp and tummy which may be the culprit. If it still stinks, I suggest you see your dentist it might be something else which could be bad. So, wish you good health. p.s. always carry a pack of mints just in case.

Brush what? How do you brush your breath? Try asking a sensible question and stop putting c*** answers to other peoples genuine questions.

If you still have your tonsils, you may have tonsil stones like me. Mucus, food particles, etc ... get stuck in the large folds/ divots of your tonsils and it sits there and decays and forms these little round disgusting balls of HORRIBLE smelling stuff. I discover these years ago after I coughed and saw a little yellow round soft thing on my hand. GROSS. Anyway, they are hard to dislodge because you can't get to them and you can't see them very well. Look up tonsil stones, there is lots of info now about them. They give you bad breathe that nothing can get rid of. It's AWFUL

You're not flossing. You really need to. Then get your Gums. Use a tongue scraper. And then use listerine, start counting when it starts burning, and keep swishing your mouth around to make sure it keeps on burning, after you hit thirty seconds you should be good. Make sure all dental care is very very rigorous and painstaking.

Make sure you floss and brush your tongue too and always take a swig of Listerine no matter how bad your eyes water.
