wanna bk holiday online but dont have credit card so some1 at wrk told me their dad has a 3d credit card.they said its a card u use 2 buy stuff online.you have 2 top it up wit money 2 use it

if you are referring to the prepaid cards, there are numerous companies out there that are willing to give you one. They are actually debit cards. There are also some companies that will give you prepaid credit cards too and their limit on both of those cards is whatever amount you have put in there. The fastest one I know of is metabank. They give you coices from visa and mastercard. One of their websites is www.netspend.com
You can get a temporary one issued at any store that carries them and within a week you get your real card in the mail. I would start from there if I were you.
Westernunion too has their version of prepaid cards. Now that I think about it there are tons of other companies out there that for one reason or another offer those cards.

the only third credit card I know about is if your parents have a credit card, they can take out a 3rd card with your name on it but they are still liable to pay the creditor.
