Any suggestions for living room/dining area window treatments in a condo with two side by side 48" windows

U can do panel curtains r just get the valance. Check out those sections at JCPenny, Sears, Dillard's or other department stores. They have displays in several different ways in those departments. U can also go to Home Depot r Lowe's. U could get better measurements on items there if u want to use blinds of any type.

Treat the two side by side as one....meaning...hang the rod across both window .....put inexpensive home depot blinds on each one...but hang 94" sheers from JC Penny (for two 48" windows, you could use a total of 6 panels of sheers) Then use 3 panels of sheers on the other 48" window.. The last apt. I lived in, they used my apt. on TV to advertise.....it was those silly 94" sheers that completed the rooms...i did it on every window in the apartment. (Those inexepensive blinds were only 12.00 apiece and each panel of off white sheer was about 18.00) good luck and now I have you totally confused??

I like "pouf" valances- then for privacy, use wood or faux wood blinds.
