Honestly, I would go with a malbec - it's hearty eneough to match the gourmet sauce on the burger and whatever you may be dipping your fries in!
They're value based wines also, try trumpeter or punto final or alamos - they are all around 10 bucks.
great quesiton too by the way - with over 100 Billion getting served by ronalds crew, we should be able to BYO at those joints.
