For those wondering, it's German. I'm not fluent in German yet, but what I can figure out is:
"Here you see the results of 60 years of education through the Jewish-Free-masonic dictature and the leading powers. Germany is literally sinking in its own sh!t. Is it still possible to save that country?"
I'd say that was written by someone who does not know what Germany is today, has never traveled there, and doesn't know any German people.
