I have the same problem at the moment - suede sofa, blue biro marks. But from a 10 year old rather than 2 year old.
I don't know. I'm going to try stain devil, but I'm not holding out a lot of hope. Biro is notoriously difficult to shift.

I have heard that WD40 is good for removing Biro stains. I tried it on a cream leather sofa and it worked really well.

Well, firstly Americans don't have a clue what biro is. Shall we enlighten them? ok. Biro is ball point pen ink!! Hurray!! Now that that is clear maybe you can try milk on the stains!! OOOOOoooo Reading this made me laugh!!!

jiff cream ( sorry ciff) is very good, but not sure in the suede sofa, nail varnish remover also works on most things, but test a small patch first, u do not want to take the varnish off a table

Have you tried oxy clean...I don't know for sure if that will work on biro but it seems to work on everything else for me.
