You have a right too, but more than likely he's not going to stop, so stop wasting your breath.

You have a right to girl! See my man was smoking when I got with him but when we started actually going together and spending time with each other then I made him stop because I showed him all the consequences and all the bad stuff that would happen if he smoked and he stopped. It's been a year since he's smoked anything. My advice to you if you plan on keeping him, is to convince him to smoke or to get some information off of a website or something to show him what would happen if he keeps smoking, drinking and doing all kinds of drugs.

Well, I from personal experience, I think it may be just best for you to get away, but more complications will pop up and things will be just as stressful for you as it may be for him.
It isn't right for him to disrespect your feelings, but depending on if he has any real problems, try talking to him if you haven't. Becareful, don't get pulled in if he does have any. Sometimes things are impossible for you to solve.
One of my friends had a boyfriend who smokes pot, and she eventually got so pulled into the situation, she left him.
Point is, if it is extremely uneasy to speak to him about it, then it may be best to not be with him anymore.
If you will, try to be careful, and always care about yourself first, and think about the consequences.
You're the most important person to care about in your world, and number 1, relationships with friends are second.

You should try to get him to stop! If he keeps it up, when he is very old he'll be in a hospital bed with tubes and everything. Believe me, it'll be way better if he stops. And if he can't, at least get him to stop smoking in front of you. Or take a break from him. Hope I helped...

Find someone who you above of their actions and you will be much happier. You are not his mother. You are not raising him. You do not have a good future here for a happy long term relationship. Realize you are special and deserve to be treated special. Put on your tack shoes and run from this young man as fast as you can.

You have the right to say and DO anything you want to when he is doing IN FRONT of you. If he can't respect what you are asking of him, then he really doesn't care about your feelings. I think you are in a dead end relationship. My hubby would never do anything i asked him not to do IN FRONT of me, its disrespectful and selfish. He just needs to grow up and maybe he needs to learn w/out you!! Teach his a** a lesson girl!!

if your his girlfriend than you def have the right too, let him know that u are not comfortable with him smoking in front of you or bringing it up in discussions with you around. if he is a good guy and loves u and respects your decision than keep him, if he cant do that, then get rid of him. there are better guys out there

If you two are not into the same thing maybe you should move on. Your only 16 you have your whole life for boyfriends. Stop wasting your time trying to change him. Because if he wont do it himself he wont do it for you.

I wouldn't worry about it, unless hes doing A-class drugs, as your both young, the likely hood is that he'll get past this phase and the likelihood is that he probably isn't guy you'll go on to marry.

You should change boyfriends...you're lining up for conflict because a.) you don't like his behavior and b.) he won't like your bitchiness. Find someone closer to what you want...you're in the throes of digging the "bad boy". Move on.
