my b/f is a booty type of guy. he won't stop putting his fingers out of my a$* it doesn't feel good what should do. i tried to stop him by putting my finger up his but but he didn't like it. i told him if you don't like it then you should stop. but he desn't stop.

You've done your part. You've told him you feel and he has not respected you. And then when you returned the "favor," he said HE didn't like it. The dude is selfish. Dump him.

You have the right to say no and expect him to respect your answer.
You will have to make a judgement call whether he is worth it to you or not .
Ask yourself is it the booty thing in general or lack of skill .
If its the booty thing in general i dont see this relationship going very far .Having said that maybe a barter or compromise could be worked out.Maybe he hates feet but you like your toes sucked on .You get to play with my derreier but first suck my toes good and hard till i get off or something to that effect.
If it something you could eventualy get used to have him learn the proper way to make it fun for you .No booty until you eat me out .
Hopefuly something can be worked out
