I'm talking about the cereal you buy at the grocery store...the brand is Post...the cereal is called Shredded Wheat 'n Bran...it's the "spoon size" version, not the regular/original version...and the cereal is just a bunch of "squares" in a bag inside the cereal box...I wanna know how many squares are equal to "one serving"...in case anyone knows...thx

Easy...just weigh them...A serving is 3 ounces...

Well, I'm not sure how many there is, but if you measure it into a measuring cup for three fourths that will be the serving size... then you can count the squares. Hope I helped you. =)
