If you go to the DMV, they can easily look that up for you and let you know if there are any outstanding. You MIGHT be able to call them and they might tell you over the phone, but I am not for sure on that.

Go to your local DMV office or motor vehicle dept, for about 5 bucks they'll run your driving history....
