the easton EC90 is it the pro or the regular or is it the carbon ? cause if you want to slap on a Syntace C2 aero for competition thats fine, but if you are going to fix that aero bar on a carbon bar, you are going to put the pressure on that easton it will compromise the weight on the carbon handle bar.

1) if its the carbon bar, make sure you go to the bike shop and have it fitted, they have this wrench with pressure sensitive, they will be able to tighten the bolts without overloading the tightness of the bolt and cracking your carbon bars

2) if its alloy easton. no worries BY ALL MEANS ! enjoy riding aero position ! CHEERS !

I agree with Isaac. It shouldn't be a problem, but if the bars are carbon, I wouldn't do it. Go to the bike shop.
