That is a question that we can not really answer. Do you think you are ugly? Just because you were not asked out, does not mean you are ugly.

Also, there are different kinds of "ugly"
There is the Physically Unattractive, kind of ugly.
Then there is the bad attitude kind of ugly.

Even though I have never met you, I would guess that you don't fit into either of those categories. A lot of people don't get asked out every weekend. Perhaps you should start hanging out with a different group of people. Try to find people with more in common. The more people have in common with you, the more apt they will be to want to see you on a social basis.

Cheer up! Someday you will find that someone special, just keep looking!
