Another day on planet earth, and I've had enough. There is nothing here for me. Nothing but pain and agony. Nothing seems to help: tranquilizers, antidepressants, slleping pills, I' ve tried them all. Nothing makes any sense to me. Nothing matters to me. It's all hopeless, pointless, meaningless. Could this be the last day of my life?

Every day could be the last day of our lives. Yes it could be the last day of your life, or no it could not be. It might be the first day of the rest of your life.

For me if this was the last day of my life I would feel a little sadness that I hadn't done all I could yet to stop this psychiatric psycho-social-court system built on lies.

The reason that these drugs have not helped you is because there is no scientific reason to take them, they do not cure a thing or make any thing better.

The fact is that maybe you need to look inside your self to see what is hurting you, look outside yourself to see where there might be sources of pain.

Then make amends and apologies where you can, give forgiveness where you need to or at least let it rest, and where there are problems try to figure out what to do to change them.

Then also if doors have been closed try to find new keys to them, or find different doors that you can open, or if nescessary make your own doors and own keys.

Find some friends who will support you in what you are doing or need to do to change the things you want to change. Give some support to others in doing what they need to do as well. Life is short, but people and situations can change.

If that means some thing think about this, what if this is not the last day of your life, what do you want to see happen before that day comes?

It is up to you to make that happen if you can and up to you also not to beat yourself up if you can't do every thing that you would like to do or think you should be able to.

Take it one day at a time and one step at a time and find someone and tell them that you love them and that they are doing a good thing if you can. Someone told me to hug someone else, but you can not always hug another, you can smile at them, wink at them, shake someone else hand and mean it.

You will be surprised at the ripple effect that you will find and create, and more then this just being good for another it will be a gift to you.

No!

Sam, do you know that your name means I asked God for you?

Let this day be the first day of the rest of your life and the BEST of your life.

Draw near to your heavenly Father and tell Him you are tired of messing up the life He gave you and that you want to get to know Him.

Did you learn the song Jesus Loves Me when you were a child? Try singing it over and over but insert your own name - Jesus Loves (me) this I know, for the Bible tells me so. I adapt the song to whatever situation is going on - Precious ones (or hurting ones) to Him belong. We are weak but He is strong.

I have pasted The Father's Love Leter in several other answers that I've given. I don't want to be a pain with it but I can certainly paste it here as well, if you are interested.

God really does loves you and He is waiting for you to stop using the tranquilizers, antidepressants, sleeping pills, etc. and just talk to Him.

F.Y.I. 14 years ago on this date I had the worst day of my life and I wanted to die. I didn't try to kill myself but my heart was so broken after an unwanted divorce. I just couldn't see a forward
BUT God could and that is what matters most. These have been the BEST years of my life.

Nope, today is not the last day of your life. Your here for a reason, you need to find that reason. Go out and volunteer, become a Big Brother to someone who doesn't have any male figures in his life, its not fair that so many boys grow up with no father or uncle figure in his life. I know life seems sad right now for you, I've been there, after two years of being agoraphobic and depressed I decided to go out and find out what life had in store for me.

When you start feeling better, your body will start to feel better and the medicine will help even more. You have to heal to start feeling better.

Take care and good luck!

No!!!!! You are just looking in all the wrong places for love.... Ask God to set you free from your torment and fear, and anxiety, and He will give you such peace, you will know there is a reason you are here. God has a purpose and a plan for your life, and you need to seek God and find out what you are here to do with the rest of your life. Ask Him!!! You have tried everything else. I am standing with you that you find inner peace, and can help others find their way, by your example. God Bless you, I care what happens to you.

You should not think this way. Try to think about the good things in your life, such as family friends. It is not worth taking your life over you thinking that nothing is worth living for. You will regret your choice. Believe me. I had a teacher who committed suicide once, thinking no one loved him because he was gay. But, after his death, so many people showed up at his funeral, there wasn't enough room. So, think about your life, and what potential it has. You can make it better, change it. If you have no one to help you, then I will consider myself as your friend.

Yeah i've been there. Look at it this way. If you end it now, you'll have to come back and do it all over again. Just live life and get it overwith. Everyday changes. There can't be anything worse than life in hell, or Earth I mean.

your waiting for something spectacular to come along and happen. This waiting is causing anxiety, which is making you give up on things, lose hope. But its not about waiting to see what happens, its all about happing to see what waits for you! behind the next door you open you never know who or what is waiting for you - but you need to go out and open doors - if you laugh then others will respond to you like you wont believe. Try going out and chatting with people and laughing.

Don't take your own life, you'll never know what God has planned for you. There are times where I feel like it's just gotta end, but then I look at my kids and think what would my kids do without me. Good Luck and God Bless!
