I have light natural blonde hair, with natural ash brown hair on the bottom, and i have green eyes, but really light skin, and wavy hair. what should i do to my hair, and what color should i dye it?

For the winter try using a carmel brown wash out dye. I love to use the wash outs because it is not permanent and is better for your hair. Carmel will fade into your natural color about about 3 months of washing.

If you truly feel you should/need/want to dye your beautiful sounding hair then I think perhaps a rich honey golden brown would look great considering your fair skin and green eyes.

try to dye it all one shade of blonde and then put some bleach blonde baby highlights on top. if you go too dark or too light it might make your skin look washed out.

Keep it light. Anything to dark will make you appear pale. Maybe a darker shade of blonde with lighter highlights.

if you're gorgeous take the chance on dark red & browns tints with a short spiked top or curls and taper the sides and back

get it straitend wear some makup on your face to make your skin look a diffrent color and get color contacts
