Nothing
Make your excuses and don't be there.Really, trust me on this,I'm probably old enough to be your Mum.
Go and distract yourself. Go on a road trip/anything .
Good Luck
M
ADDITIONAL:
O.K.,so you're going with your wife: and what does she think about it? How old are you all?
I still think the situation harbours massive potential for psychological game playing, one upmanship and upset feelings for everyone involved . Send a nice card & pressie from you both and make your excuses.
Of course once you're all married you'll see each other & be fine, but this is their special day . Take your wife off on a romantic weekend.

If she has assaulted you or causes continual problems try getting a temporary restraining order! Unfortunately your bridegroom has an 18 year contract with her,(maybe not by choice, but it is still there) unless he chooses to relinquish parental rights. However relinquishing may not be the best choice, as support is still due.. Talk to all vendors and request they get both parties signature before changing anything and make sure they are aware of the circumstances and will give out no info. I agree with the suggestion of a security guard. People that are this immature can be very dangerous.

Stay home!

I'd advise against it, but, if you MUST, send her and her new spouse a brief note that says "My best wishes for your happiness."

Anything else will make you look like an embittered loser.

Let go. Move on. She is getting married. I am sorry, but it is OVER.

If it will make you feel any better, write out many long, impassioned pages that precisely describe your feelings, assessment of the situation, what you think it's most likely outcome will be, how you feel, etc, etc - then BURN THEM.

At least you will get it out of your system. DO NOT deliver or send these!

I think I will miss the wedding in that case. It's a bit too sensitive. But I would send a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers and a nice card

Congradulations, good luck and I'm very happy for you....you don't have to mean it, but if not, you better give an oscar-winning performance for the ex gf and the wife....

If you are friends still and want her to be happy then say congrats. But if you still have feelings for her don't say anything about that! You don't want her to get upset on her special day.

Don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you!! I would say this while smiling because it shows that you meant it in a supportive way.

If you are still friends-I'm glad you finally found the right guy for you even if it wasn't me. Congratulations and I hope you have a long happy life together.
If you hate each other-stay clear and say nothing.
