Absolut!But it depened on the females age too.It is proven that females over the age of 25 like a man with grey hair,because it stands for a "settled" man with wisdom and experiance.

I love men with gray hair they look interesting. and I'm young but i love men between 30 & 40's

If they are over 30 but under 40 yes, only if they have dark hair and it looks like salt and pepper.
If they are older than that it is expected any way. I'd rather the men go natural than color their hair like women do. Now that's tacky.

It can be on some guys. My boyfriend has salt & pepper hair and he's only 32. It's kinda Richard Gere-ish...but cooler looking on my guy!

on some men, it looks good. it all depends on age i guess. taylor hicks looks OLD with the grey hairs.
