It has nothing to do with fighting. It's the equivalent of high school diploma so they're not going to keep her around if she's not supposed to be in high school at all.

GED mean General Education Dimploma. It is a alternative to a High School Diploma. IF she has her GED then she is done with school. That is probably why the signed her out. She was no longer eligible to be a student because she had this. It had nothign to do with fighting.

However, you just don't get a GED out of nowhere. You have to take an exam. I find it difficult to see how you could not know about her receiving her GED. You should contact the school to get to the bottom of it.

I would say that since the girl already has her G.E.D. that there is no need for her to be attending High School anymore. It costs a lot of money to run these programs and the staff there probably figured that they could cut her loose without any negative consequences.

from experience i used to get into alot of trouble and i ended up getting a ged while looked so the girl dont have to go to school because she got a ged same as graduating even if she is a minor you can not attend k-12 afther graduating the judge probaly gave the girls probation and altewrnative school that decision is not up to the law because law and school is to diffrent things a judge can put you in program. programs go by levels depending on your charges level2 is a program school you are looked up but you still go home everyday a level4 your away from home in a non violent place doing about 4 months level six your in a non violent place doing about six months level eight you better kiss mommy good bye and man up but any way i think the school system put the girls in a alternative school not the court because if the court did it wouldnt matter if youve got a ged or not damn school systems.

I guess having or getting a G.E.D. means you don't need high school. You already have your general or basic education. There was no longer a need for her to attend school.
