Actually, I do think your brain sort of "fills up". After all, you can't remember many if any details of your life from ten years ago, right? If you learn a skill (like how to play the guitar or how to speak French) and you don't use it on a regular basis, you won't forget everything, but your skill will decline a lot. Since there are only so many hours in a day, you can only practice so many lauguages, instruments, etc. on a regular basis. So this limits what you can learn. That is my theory. :) (People that know many languages well learned them when they were young and the brain was still growing; that's a different sort of learning and memory than what you have as an adult; the brain is more plastic then )

dont think so
saw a program a while back about a guy who had a brain defect,
as in he was unable to do the basics without help
basically like a child of say 5 or 6, but he had a true photographic memory. he read 3 to 4 books a day using one eye to read one page and the other eye to read the opposite page
he had done this for 30 plus years and could remember the books nearly word perfect.
he had memorised phone directorys etc give him name and area and he knew phone number
he could be played a small sequence of notes and tell the composer and piece of music, not from the sound of the music but by remembering the sequence the notes were in
you could tell him your age and he would tell you your date of birth within seconds
and they said he is still storing more info every day
obviously he is unique but it demonstrated the capability of the human brain
but unfortunately they have no idea as to how he is able to do it

No, it is impossible as the brain is perfect. I can say this because I'm 26 and I have a photographic memory. I can remember what I was doing in my 4th grade holiday play as vividly as last nights date.
I use my innate ability to remember things at work all the time and my superiors are constantly in awe.

The brain has a high capacity level. there are many people in the world that are able to speak many different languages fluently. I don't think you would forget, but it all depends on your IQ.

It hasn't happened yet as the brain seems to adapt quickly and expand as needed.

I believe your analogy is unintentionally reversed; nonetheless, hitherto the laptop are not able to imitate the human mind seeing that it are not able to believe for it self. The laptop can appreciate and calculate expertise, but it surely are not able to bring out duties independently. Simply recounted, the laptop can simplest do "what it is advised".
