You may just have to goto the doctor because this could be something serious. I wanna say a bladder infection but I've never heard of not having a warning to urinate, but maybe every female is different.

You do not have a bladder infection. I had the same happen to me and I didn't make it to the bathroom either.
I was sick. The doctor told me I lost control of the muscles used to keep my bladder in check (hold it until I got to the bathroom). It was temporary and it might happen again; or it could be an isolated incident.
