yes you should hang them back up for her, she probably will be wondering where they have gone. but if you have a fence between your houses, i would say go to her door and give it to her, or the next time you see her out in the yard, give them back. but make sure it is the same day, or the day after they blew off the line or else she will wonder what you were doing with them that it took you so long to return them. and the reason why i said not to go into her yard if you have a fence between the houses is because you probably won't want to get caught in her back yard with out her permission, plus she might think that you are stealing them, not putting them back. good luck! email me if you want anything else!

No, i haven't any neighbours in basic terms fields of sheep. we are on a severe mountain and it is so windy and uncovered here that each and every little thing no longer to show my smalls gets blown off the line among our sheep.

Depends, what knickers are they, is she someone you like, would like to get to know? depends if you are talking G string or sloggis! As in, if you like her and would like to get to know her and not just her knickers take them round to her...on the other hand if they belong to 'grandma' perhaps you'd best leave them on the fence or something.......

GO TO THE DOOR AND GIVE IT BY HAND. THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT SHE'LL THANK YOU AND WILL BE KINDA EMBERRASSED MAYBE BUT STILL GIVE IT BY HAND INSTEAD OF GOING INTO HER GARDEN FIXING THE LINE OR WAT EVER IT IS
