just tell him you need to pee . if he needs to track your every movement it is perhaps time to get rid .hes insecure and probably dangerous

Using the restroom is a natural thing for all of us. No reason to be shy about it. Just say, I went to the restroom, watercloset, little girls room, bathroom, loo or whatever you feel most comfortable saying.

Just say you were indisposed. And when you need to leave the room to "wee" just say excuse me for a minute." Talking about the bathroom is poor form.
