No. You shouldn't do anything more than you would for yourself.

To be quite honest I wouldn't lose weight for anyone. Just be you, chances are he'll probably like you for you if not hey it wasn't meant to be. Don't change for anyone. Being yourself is the most intimate thing you have. Be confident, and if you pick him up and decide to lose 10 lbs. all the power to you. To answer both parts of your question, exercise and diet can make you lose weight quick if followed closely and you consult with a doctor before doing so. Good luck with everything and just be you.

Hell no. If you need to lose weight then do so for your health. You're probably not big at all & beside if a man isn't attracted to you and a few pounds make a difference to him, then apparently he's not worth it. Like Judge Judy says "Beauty fades, but dumb is forever".

Since we don't know what either of you really look like its hard to say.
Be active and eat healthy and numbers like 10 pounds will mean a lot less.
Try jogging/running 2 miles per day 5-6 day per week,
You will be healthier and look better no matter what.

No!!!, If you want to lose weight do it to make you feel good, not to impress others... If I had to guess at it, I bet you look great, and weight right at what your supposed to at your height... girls are so weight conscious even when they are too thin!! so many young Lady's have eating disorders, Eat right , exercise, and love yourself, men are attracted to girls who have confidence in themselves

yes but you have to do it with a knife and shave your head and also you have to eat nothing but deviled eggs through your nose. (im being sarcastic) point is dont do it just for him if you feel a change has to be made make it for yourself not for anyone else. believe me it feels soooo good to acomplish something YOU wanted and only for you.

i do not believe in doing things for someone else to like me or accept me. if they like me they will like me for myself ...that is called unconditional love [or like]
if i find i need to change my ways, the way i look or talk, or eat, etc.......the only way i would change is for my self and self esteem. i am a large woman [for over 50 years] and if people do not like me because i am big or funny looking, i feel that is their problem and not mine. and they are not real friends so i kick them to the curb. i am true to my self and accept people as they are and i expect them to be the same way towards me.
so my answer to you is no no no ........

I think that it is good for each partner to want to look good for the other. However, I wouldn't do it for him only. If you are, then find someone who will like you for who you are.

Definitely not...if he likes you, he will not care if you are the weight you are now, or if you lose ten pounds. Only do things for yourself, never to please anyone else.

if anything, do it for yourself
what if you go through with it and then find out that this guy likes fairly "full" girls?
I'd think it through first
