i found out he had this infection sinces 10 years he never told me nothing

You need to dump this guy right now. If he cared about you he would have told you about his herpes. He didn't tell you because he knew you wouldn't have sex with him. He probably couldn't get a woman to have sex with him, so he did it for the sex... not because he cares so much about you. He is scum and don't expect him to help you in any way.
You'll need to get medication, and you should also try to keep your body PH slightly alkaline. Herpes simplex is a virus and viruses seem to thrive in an acid PH environment. This is serious. Now you'll never be able to get married unless you either marry someone who already has herpes or someone who doesn't care if they get it from you. Don't even consider marrying this guy, because if he cared about you he would have told you about this sexually transmitted disease. Dump him now.

Herpes is forever. There is no cure and very little treatment. Your partner could not have had any love for you if he did not tell you about it. He was just out to get sex and that was it.
You can take him to court if you want. but that is all that can be done.

see how much you love him and trust him. This is why you should NEVER be ashamed to NOT sleep with a man unless you are allowed to see his STD test outcomes.
People worry more about what food they put in their bodies, how much fat and sugar. I think I can survive a big mac and fries better than I can AIDS. You better hope herpes is all he gave you.

well that is really tough, he's a jerk. The first thing you need to do is get away from him. Don't ask him to help you with anything he is the reason you now find yourself in that situation. Get treated and Good Luck to you!

The lady is confused. So would you be if in the same situation. She does not need a spell checker, but needs a good lawyer. If he had knowledge prior to the incident and deliberately infected her he is in for the high jump. Sue him girl.
