there will be many differing opinions on this.

ben franklin said 'early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise'. i think that is how it goes (and i think it was ben)

anyway, your body runs in a rhythmic cycle. it should naturally (if not affected by caffeine or other stimulants) wind down around 9 or 10 at night. if you listen to your body and go to bed when it tells you to, you will fall asleep more easily and sleep more soundly. if you push past this time, your body will get a 'second wind' and it will be harder to get to sleep and harder to get up in the morning.

summary: listen to your body. it will tell you when you need to sleep!

i think inse you are a grown man you can go and sleep at what ever time you want that is what i think
