Hawaii by far is better! South Beach? That isn't even a comparable comparison. That is like oranges and apples really. South Beach, been there and really was hardly impressed. It was "party central" on the beach. Fun yes, but give me the gorgeous scenic beauty of Hawaii ANY day over anything Florida thinks they have to offer!

Probably South Beach for a vacation..
Hawaii is a better place to live than Florida...

Hawaii by far!!!!!! I have been to Fla (tooooooo hot and humid, toooooooo many bugs, and tooo much of a tourist trap), I have vacationed in Oahu, Hi six times, and love it there!!!!!
The people are really friendly there and share their aloha spirit! There have been rumors that Hawaiians hate tourists, but let me set your mind at ease..........if it wasn't for tourists, quite a few people would be out of their jobs!! Waikiki would look like a ghost town!!
Soooooooo Hawaii is #1 in my book!!
