If it's a headache drink tons of water. The reason your head hurts is because you're dehydrated. A sports drink like Gatorade is even better. If your stomach's upset take some gravol and maybe an antacid. Make sure you can stay at home before you take it though because it will make you really drowsy and you won't be able to drive or anything.

:) My mom once told me to eat crackers the morning after, lots of saltines. She said they soak up the alcohol in your stomach or something weird like that. I dont know how but if your stomach is feeling like major upset, the crackers will help settle it.
The water tip is right on too, alcohol dehydrates which can cause the headache and many of the other hangover symptoms.

As far as I know there is no cure, only prevention.
You could make it one or two social drinks with a meal.
Or just sleep it off. The are old wivies tales drink a class of milk, eat bread...but I never seen or heard of them working.

Back when I used to get hangovers (I rarely drink now), Pepsi over ice and hot chicken noodle soup always worked for me.

When you are hungover, it is actually your body fighting withdrawls of whatever you were drinking the night before, combined with dehydration. If you can stomach it, the best cure is to have one (and only one) drink of whatever you were drinking the night before. Then drink lots of water.

My friend actually had hangover pills. He said they worked very well if taken with a good amount of water. I don't know what there were though. He got them somehow because his aunt was a pharmacist...

Not really, just time. Although, it speeds up the recovery alot faster if you drink plenty of water, take a couple aspirin, eat something with alot of protien and take a long nap, followed by a hot shower.

Gatorade and burnt toast. The gatorade helps with dehydration, and the burnt toast contains charcoal which will help eliminate the poisons from your body. Sounds strange but it really works!!
