A story is always different when spread from one person to next, it only gets worse the more the story is told. The bible would also have to fit into that catagory.

The original bible has been changed by some men to fit their personal lifestlyes and own interpretations. There are 3000 denominations of the Christian faith and there is over 300 different Christian bibles that are slightly different from each other.
To find the true Christian bible that was translated word for word from the ancient Hebrew bible, you find that the Catholic Church has the true English version of it.
But I find that many people don't like the true bible because they find out that Jesus redeemed them, not saved them (yet) and that they are daily sinners.

a) There certainly have been errors, especially in the course of numerous translations, and we have traces of alterations in the text that were made purposefully.
b) So what? You think your holy Qur'an is any less error ridden? What if the hadith were improperly parsed and good ones were eliminated while wrong ones were kept? What if the interpretation of Shari'a made by the greatest schools were incorrect and the proper ones were boohed into oblivion by those who did not understand God's will and thought only of their vested interests?
