Why do Muslims avoid dicussing the Quran's most fantistic claim: the existance of the magical Genie race?

The Quran calls them Jinn, but in the west, we know the cute like smokey creatures as GENIES! Be careful not to joke about them in front of Muslims, because you will see very quickly, they dont like it. Which is what my question is about...and its pointed at Muslims...and they know exactly what I am referring to.

You see, talking about Jinn (Genies) to Muslims is like talking about the crazy uncle in the family or the brother in jail for child molesting...it creates the 'nail on the chalkboard effect' for them.

The Quran literally babbles on and on about this race of creatures living side by side with man...right now!!! They are not invisible either...ohhh no! I tell muslims all the time, the moment I see Jinn or find the sun in a muddy spring, like the Quran says, I will join Islam, even though the idea of living in single sex communities is perverse and disgusting to me.

The only problem Muslims have discussing Jinn is trying to explain them so that non-Muslims can understand

Why is it so hard to believe in Jinns? They are creatures just like creatures you've never heard of living in this vast universe.

If you look at the Jinn race in a different light, I think you will find a interesting account of these creatures.

The Qur'an also tells us that Jinns were associated with God by ancient cultures, even though God had created them...very interesting...

Just like humans, there are good jinns and bad jinns. Sure, you can view the good jinns as Genies but like if you are envisioning a Jinn to be the nice fat blue Disney one, you are wrong. Jinns are made of fire and you have ones that are loyal followers of Satan and ones that are Muslims as well.

To identify a jinn, in human form, their feet are backwards.
You cannot see them if they don't want to be seen.
And I don't understand what you mean by 'single sex communities,' if you could clarify that part, maybe I could answer it better.
