I like this guy but i think he has a girlfriend. He is starting to talk to me buti dont want to get caught up in something thats not gonna go anywhere. im not the kind of girl who will go after a guy if he is taken. So im not sure if i should even be interested or not... Should i go for it or just act like just friends?

some people have a flirtatious nature.both men and women,regardless if they are with someone or not.you need to ask him point blank if he has a girlfriend ,and stop all this should i or shouldn't i drama.i get the feeling that you are really interested in this guy,if you are not the type to go after a guy who is taken (two thumbs up!!)find out before you go any further.

Well, why not find out if he has a girlfriend. Sounds like you are in school, so have a friend find out or you do it. Shouldn't be to hard. If he has a girl just be friends and if they break up maybe you can have something. If he is single go for it, be his girl.

Well if he's just talking to you, maybe he's not flirting.
Never hurts to ask a guy about his girl friend. he can only say he has one, or he doesn't.
And yes, guys with girl friends do flirt , so do girls with boy friends, but only some do, not all are like that.
Just try to know a little about him before you jump in.

To answer your specific question regarding guys flirting when they have a girlfriend....THEY FLIRT WHEN THEY HAVE WIVES!!LOL!! So yes, they do, and most is harmless flirting. Just ask the guy if he has a girl, no need to waste your time shaking your magic 8 ball for answers!!

I think that you should leave it alone, and ask yourself why do I want him? would I still fell as challeged if he didnt have his girlfriend. Plus if he does this to her will he do it to me?? the grass isnt always greener on the other side. Maybe he flirts with a lot girls you just dont know him like that

I believe that it's wrong to flirt if you're in a relationship. If he has a girlfriend then ignore comments or gestures,etc. How would you feel if it were your b/f and some girl was considering "going for it"as you put it?

yes, guys do flirt when they have a gf.. and if you like him you could try and go for him, he will decide who he likes more, you or the other girl. or you could just be friends for a while then go for it when 1) he broke up with the other girl and 2)if they are not going any wheere
