I will be going to Athens, Corinth, Rhodes, Ephesus, Patmos, Delphi, Kalambaka and Thessaloniki. I know the average temperatures but I need to know how much rain there will be and if I should take a coat or light jacket. also should I take cash and change the money there? I live in Alaska.

As regards to changing money if you know rougly your expenses I propose you to take half in cash (if possible in Euro in order to avoid further commision charges) and half in travellers cheques (for security reasons due to your continuous movement).

The average temperature is about 16-18 deg. C.

Yes you need a rain coat a jacket and an umbrella.
The currency in Greece is euro. Yes you can take cash but aren't travelers cheques or credit carts easier?

It's around 28 now but I don't know how the weather is going to be in November but since you live in Alaska you'll have no problem here.We have rain during October and November.I think a coat is too much but don't forget your boots
