I am wondering if our system isn't totally broken and we might just need to scrap the whole damn thing and start over, and DOWNSIZE our governments need to have their nose in every aspect of our (so called) free lives.

The system is great its the people that we have elected to over see the process that make it bad. I think getting rid of the money would be one way of "taking out the trash". we could change some things around too. say every person over the age of thirty can enter a lottery and get a one or two year seat in the house or senate or any kind of government over seeing job. it would be nice to get some working man interests in there again. most of the people in congress and other high ranking government position's were born into money. they have never known what its like to get laid off and wonder how your going to make the house payment or the car note. none of them have ever thought man what are my kids going to eat tonight. or go a few days with out food so that your kids can eat. have there car break down and have to walk 5 hours to get to work. if any of them had to do anything like that, good ethics and outstanding morals would run wonderfully through our government. Until we the people start to over see our government again, instead of the other way around like it is now. things are only going to get worse. Stand up my proud and patriotic fellow Americans, use your voice, raise your fists, stomp your feet and fight for your liberty and freedom!!!

Good question, ty. You are right. There is within our Country, which I love a cancer, that cancer needs cut out. Not one in Congress is a Honorable man they all take bribes. Organized crime is alive and well in America and some call it Congress. Democrats are the lessor of two known evils. At least they have a long History of support for the working class. Republicans have a long History of supporting the wealthy. I do not see that will change in my lifetime. republicans also want to end Social Security, that has been the goal all along. They hate it. They don't care in the least if your Father and Mother starve and live in the streets. It will not effect them.

The system is doing fine. The problem is with the people. They are not stepping up to the levels of honesty we should expect from them. We have a lot of cheating and dishonesty in our society. It is not good for us or the children who are being raised by us. Our candidates are not always the brightest light bulbs in the box. Just look at Bush and you know what I mean. He is merely fighting a battle to get even with Hussein for sort of winning when his father was in office and lost. His father was not very bright either. Think about the fact that Bush was arrested for drunk driving and his wife was let off the hook in a fatal accident when she was at fault. Their daughters don't fall far from the tree of stupidity. Another point to consider is the way they stole both elections. If we allow people like this to run our country then we can have nothing to expect from the people who elected them. This world is full of idiots who think they can run a country. Just look at the British Royal family.

You need to read the Federalist papers. This has been one of the longest arguments in the US democracy. That is, should we have a strong central government, with weak states' rights, or the other way around?
On the cynical side, you get the politicians you vote for. If only 30% of the people vote, 30% will decide what happens to the rest of us. You want to check the power of the politicians, get out and vote for the the ones you think will do the best job, or better yet, get out and run for office yourself.

Can you factor me to a Hospital or Doctors workplace which has any inventory of both consistent Flu Shot or the H1N1 Flu shot? I am for buying vaccinated and I are not able to uncover it at any place, final time a scarcity was once for the duration of the liberal rule in 1998 while demise from consistent flu jumped 20% from earlier yr. And the demise price this time is greater than 20times bigger (Note no longer 20%) already there are 240 lifeless, final yr even as not up to 10 had died. Will Obama Administration take accountability for his or her state of being inactive.

Have their nose in your business? I'd seriously like to know how the government bothers you. Taking a census? Oh dear god no. Wiretapping with no proof that someone who isn't a terrorist has been tapped? That's a double no no. The government is staying out of our free lives. Governments in the past have done more.

I sort of feel like you have to be a little crooked to be in politics. It seems like it's all about getting favors in exchange for favors. There are a few honest politicians but not many. I know this isn'ta popular answer but I think George and Laura Bush have been about as honest as any politician I've seen in many years. They've made mistakes yes, but I think they are as honest as you can be and be in politics.

I think GW Bush has been, but in a way maybe different than many believe. I think he has been completely honest about everything, that he knows. There lies the problem. I think in a lot of ways, & for alot of different reasons, he's kept in the dark about things.

Not really, there is a lot that they can't say mainly bc it wouldn't be palatable and they don't want the rest of the world to hear. The main reason we are in Iraq has to do with Hussein changing oil transactions to euros in ~2002. Do you hear any of them saying that?

It would be almost impossible for them to lie all the time, so yes. Similarly, it would be almost impossible for them to tell the truth all the time, so no.

The system is fine; it's the people who are the problem.
