for some reason my inner self / my feelings and emotions comes out when i drink. i feel like i become some else. i'm usually a quiet person but when i am buzzed off beers i start to get excited and i turn into an outgoing person. i hate it when i start to show affection around my spouse. i'm not that very opened minded with him until i get buzzed. and it sucks because my true feelings comes out. i love when your not too drunk but a perfect buzz, and your feeling kind of numb, thats the best part of being drunk.

Ah, shucks!! My favorite parts of getting drunk are puking up my guts as I lean over a dirty toilet and having a mother of a hangover the next day!! I mean how can anyone not enjoy getting drunk?? Right??

I love being buzzed and why not? If you're not driving or hurting anyone (except maybe your own liver...), if you work hard, take good care of your family and are a good person, I say "drink on!" And no, I am not an alcoholic. I'm a buzz-a-holic...ha

The real issue here is to find out WHY you can't let out your feelings and emotions unless you are buzzed. What happens when being "kinda numb" doesn't happen anymore?

I am exactly the same, what a wonderful way to explain it. 4 days ago, I got over drunk and right out of it and hated myself, cos I did not know when to stop, had a terrible row with partner and did not remember nothing the next day, but know I behaved disgusting.

the trick is to work out how much it takes to get where you want to be then only drink that amount but once youve had a few all logic goes out the window and you drink too much defeating the object so here we go again cheers

I'm right there with you drunkgurl. WHen you hit that optimum buzz it's awesome. Alcohol lowers your inhibitions. For most that's a good thing. Drink on!!!

Alcohol alters your perception and personality. It's great you get excited when you're "buzzed"; be glad you don't get all weepy and teary eyed or mean like many people do.

Don't know about that one but I do know that I have my best orgasms when I'm hungover! A good orgasm is a great hangover cure too!
