If he is staring at you apparently he is fascinated with you for some reason or another. I would say the chances of him liking you are pretty good.

id have to see a picture of you to determine that. he could be looking b/c he likes you which is probably most likely. or knowing church people he feels something may not be right for you. that maybe you need prayer. or its both or he thinks your wierd. as i said i would need to see a picture

Yes, there's a big possibility is likes you! Glance at him with a smile, giving him a hint. If he likes you, he'll maybe come up to you and talk to you .
