Girls...what would you think if your boyfriend was like this?

What would you think if your boyfriend did the following:

Expected you to drive to see him all of the time. Got jealous because you were talking and hanging out with your male coworkers. Doesn't call when he says he will and doesn't return your calls. Avoids talking about things that are unpleasant. Doesn't write love letters or send flowers any more. Has an exwife and daughter he still loves and cares for.

And on the flip side....

He calls in sick to work when you show up unexpectedly so he can spend the day with you. He tells you that you are beautiful when you are looking at him with tears in your eyes. He gives you a hug for no reason and kisses you on the forehead. He takes you on a date, pays and gives you money for gas on your way honme. He takes you on a ride through his town so you "will fall in love with the place and want to move there".

Would you run the other way...or would you hang in there?

sounds like you had something going in the beginning....he seems indifferent, not as in to the relationship as he was before, somewhat controlling....i would be cautious, because it seems like he's dealing with some issues that you may not have any idea, and so therefore he treats you the way he does. i would ask him what's going on.

I will see if there more pros or cons... If he get jealous but not too processive jealous then it's perfectly normal.. It mean he cares and doesn't want to share you.. A normal player doesn't care about it at all.. It show he have feeling for you.. Sometimes guys are really careless and easily to forget about things like call you when he said he will.. Sometimes he do somethign and forgot about it.. And you should know before that he have a ex-wife and a daughter.. He will always care and love them because it's not something that he cant forget about the past and should be half responsible for his daughter .. If he abandon his daughter and wife I'm sure you won't love him like now.....But I will make sure that those feeling for his ex is not too strong or he will get back with her.. If it were me I will hang in there because he done so many things that my husbands didn't do.. And from what I gather he is a sweet guy

I'd hang in there, have to take the good with the bad sometimes. Relationships are never 100% perfect.

If someone treated me that way one of us would have to hit the road.
I don't expect much from a guy but I do expect respect and expect to be treated like I have feelings too.

hang in there.. it sounds like the wonderful things that he does and how he shows you he loves you makes up for the not so great things he does.. he will get better with a little training.. lol

I would hang in there and talk with him with the problems and if he doesn't then maybe you could ask his friends to ask him what you can do to fix the problem. Or reassure him that he is the only one for you.

id think if he still loves another woman-not meaning his daughter its good he loves his daughter-its not worth it. but then u no hes really nice to u. do u have something he wants? cause maybe thats why.
