ok, well my friend is very pretty and were good friends, i really want to kiss her and go out with her, but i think she only thinks of me as a friend. In one ocassion i asked her out in a joking manner, but she said she only wanted to be friends (she knew i was kidding)

try flirting for a little while then have a real conversation and tell her you are interested in her for real. Be ready to accept the answer because you can maintain your friendship even if she turns you down but if you come on too strong and keep asking her out after she turns you down, she will get sick of you and start to pull away.

See if she is ticklish and get into a tickle fight on the floor, that will put you in a position to be above her and look into her eyes, see if she gives you the look back and go a little in for the kiss and stop to see if she says something...if not..kiss her!!!

You should talk to your friend and tell her your feelings. Joking around about going out isn't going to work. If she still tells you that she wants to be friends that is something you will have to accept and move on.

this sound really serious so i would try to help. first thing we do not want to scare her off, so take it slow. meaning try to connect more with her, talk to her, make her feel special in any way that u can. try being with her alone you know. if you can, call her just to say hi, let her see where u r coming from with out saying it. then try to see if her body language is responding, if it is then u can asking her out again. i hope it work out for u.

i would just leave it alone,relationships grow on friendships,if you try to rush her shes going to turn away from you,dont stress she will come around if she feels like it
