it is so general and doesnt really indicate anything at all
everyone is psychic to some degree but you can develop it if you are wishing to

I sincerely hope you won't seek advice from anyone who claims to be able to foretell the future. At best, such claims are fraudulent and you will only be wasting your money; at worst, you could find yourself entangled with occult spiritual powers that will deceive and harm you.
