People with more responsibility should be punished more severely.
But if you enjoy kicking defenseless, locked up people, I'd be more afraid of you. Time for the meds.

That would be funny and entertaining. All the same, someone who abuses a position to commit a crime should receive a harsher punishment than the average criminal.
