What products will help your hair to become healthy and grow faster?

I have really bad hair and i want it to grow. it's been growing but i put a weave in a nd it seems like it got shorter. plus i need a perm. anyway i know there r no product that will MAKE ur hair grow faster but what products will HELP my hair? thanx 4 ur help!

p.s. i have bad ends also.

Try getting more protein in your diet. The typical American diet is murder on the hair and nails. First off get your ends cut. Then go into a hair salon and let a person help you get the right products. You will have to spend some money on the right products but it's worth it. I had bad hair cause I dyed it all the time. Now it is really pretty and long. I still dye it but not as much, and I use really good products.

As long as you are perming and treating your hair you will have problems. More than if you kept the hair you have and just try to make it look good. My advice is leave it alone for a while besides getting it trimmed every 2-3 mos. and let the hair heal. Maybe some non permanent color. Use cold water to rinse, closing the cuticles and cool setting on dryer also to make shine. Then decide if all that chemical stuff is worth it or not.
