Don't mircowave it... the breading will get soggy and turn into mush. Heat them in the oven on 375 until they are sizzling and hot all the way through.
Think about it this way. To all the people who think you should defrost them... You buy a package of frozen chicken nuggests from the store. I've never heard of anyone defrosting already cooked food. Don't defrost them, it's not necessary. :)

Just let them sit on the counter or in the fridge for a while - depends on how soon you want to eat them -
You can oven bake them - on like a cookie sheet, or pizza pan....for about 7 minutes @ 400 degrees.
You can try the toaster oven after they thaw - for about 3 1/2 min each side - but I don't recommend the microwave

defrost them and then use bread crumbs and egg and pan fry 8 min in oil or bake 20 min at 350 in oven . I dont care for the over baked but they are healthier and taste ok
taste better if you use Italian breadcrumbs

Generally you don't have to defrost breaded chicken, you just put them in the over at 350-400 and wait until the breading turns golden brown and kind of sizzles.

Microwaved meat tastes sickly! That meat did not do anything to you, treat it well. haha (joke)
You do not have to defrost cutlets. You can put them in olive oil in a pan and pan fry them until golden brown, over low to med low heat..or you can bake them until they are golden brown...I am guessing about 25 to 30 mins at 375 degrees.
