Muslims constantly shriek about percieved and imagined "offenses" to Allah. As a result, they kill people for Allah's honor. Whether its cartoons or the pope or whoever speaks little words...tiny little words...that these freaks find some offense from, where does this animals get the idea that God (if he exists) could even be offended? Its way more likely, that if God exists, and can be offended, he would be most offended by thinking he is a thin skinned baby sister crying after someone stole her purse.
You cant help imagining poor pathetic Allah crying in a corner and amid his hysterics, with every quick gasp of air, "go...get...those...kafirs...they...hurtheth...my....earsss...(hysterical Allah continues to cry)".
Would it be wrong to committ (to a mental institution) every single insane freak, in the entire world, who believes God needs defending?

It is not that Allah needs to be defended or vindicated. It is that Allah should not be insulted. Allah is revered, respected and to have someone show disrespect is something that cannot be tolerated. The question should not be why do Muslim's get upset at Allah being disrespected, but why do Christians not get upset at Jesus being disrespected? What about other religions? Why do they not get upset if they truly believe. Allah does not need our defense, we defend out of respect. If someone disrespected my mother I would be offended, if someone showed disrespect to my daughter I would be offended and do anything to protect their honor. Should I then do less for Allah who has given me everything that I have? How could I not ?

I suppose you could put all of the religious freaks in an institution, but you'd be depopulating much of the world: Middle East, America, India, South America, Central America...
And I seem to remember a lot of protests over the "piss Christ" sculpture...
