...you read the whole Bible? I find that hard to believe, looks like you haven't mastered the art of spelling yet.

6Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. 7Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. (Luke 12)
9The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. (2 Pet 3)
26Lift your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? He who brings out the starry host one by one, and calls them each by name. Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing. 27Why do you say, O Jacob, and complain, O Israel, "My way is hidden from the Lord ; my cause is disregarded by my God"? 28Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. 29He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
30Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; 31but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. (Isa 40)
And for those who think God's love is conditional, hear the word of the Lord:
8But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5)
32He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all--how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
(Romans 8)
16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3)

The bible does say God is not willing that any should perish, infering he loves them. It also says God so loved the world he sent his only begotten son that whosoever believs in him won't perish. I can't understand someone saying they haven't seen it in the bible. Either they haven't read these passages or they simply don't want to see it.
