I don't believe masturbation is a sin. You are not "abusing" yourself or any of that other stuff the church tries to tell you. If you have an itch, you scratch it. If you have a sore muscle, you rub it, because it feels good. Same thing. You are just enjoying how incredibly fun it is!
You shouldn't feel bad for experimenting.

STEP AWAY FROM THE BOTTLE OF LOTION AND PUT DOWN THE KLEENEX!
So you masturbated. Big Deal. Everyone on earth does...and those that dont have nocturnal emmisions (or they have a lot of regular sex)
Dont sweat it. Masturbation is healthy for you...gret for a man's prostate, and it will also help you learn how to control your orgasm so sex lasts longer when you actually find a partner to participate!!

If you want to stop just pray about it and ask God to take away the desire. If you are sincere He will do it.

Did you ever play with a couple of magnets when you were a child? If you did, you'll remember that the closer they got to each other, the harder it was to pull them apart.
Temptation is something like that. The more you dwell on it and the closer you let it get to you, the stronger its attraction will be. In fact, if you don't look out, the time may come when it will be almost impossible to pull away from it. Don't let that happen!
Why do I mention this? Because the first step you need to take is to flee from whatever is tempting you. Don't play with it or toy with it in your mind—get as far from it as possible. I have known of people who had to change jobs to keep away from something (or someone) that was tempting them to do wrong—but it was the only way to win. Paul told his young friend Timothy to "flee the evil desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace" (2 Timothy 2:22).
Most of all, you need God's help to fight this battle. If you have never done so, turn to Christ and ask Him to come into your life. Then ask Him to fill your heart with His love and power, and to crowd out whatever is wrong in your life. God has promised that "when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out" (1 Corinthians 10:13). Ask him to show you the "way out"—and then take it.
Whenever we feel attacked by forces of darkness, we can put James 4:7 into practice. This says: "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Our greatest defense against Satan is a right relationship with God through the application of Christ's sin-atoning blood to our hearts. We submit ourselves to God by confessing to Him any known sin in our lives and by actively standing on God's promise of forgiveness and cleansing; see 1 John 1:9. It is through sin that the devil gains a foothold in our lives. A right relationship with God protects us spiritually in much the same way as an armored breastplate covers and protects all the vital organs of a warrior in battle. Read Ephesians 6:10-18.
Having submitted ourselves to God, we can then effectively resist the devil with truth. Our shield against Satan is our faith in God, which is founded on the truth of God's Word. The only weapon the devil has to use against us is deception. He tries to lure us into spiritual defeat with lies and distortions of the truth. Christ was once led into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. But He defeated Satan each time by standing on and quoting the Word of God. The devil finally had to leave when Jesus said, "Away from me, Satan! For it is written ..." (Matthew 4:1-10). It is important for us to use God's Word actively when we are faced with temptations or distressing situations. We should saturate our minds with God's Word, dwelling on who God is and what He has done for us in Christ. A helpful resource is Neil Anderson's book "Victory Over the Darkness," which can be obtained through a Christian bookstore.

,this situation is like quick sand, the more you want to get out , the more you'll go deeper.
the first step is to stop the idea once it comes to your mind, stop it right away, don't just say , I'm just going to think about it, then the next step is that you find yourself doing it, just when the idea hits your head, just do something else immediately ,go out ,call you friends , stopping the idea is the key to stopping this all together.learn to say NO to yourself.

You need some non judgmental counseling. And remember you can repent and be forgiven. Although truly repenting means to give up the sin.

Please tell me you're joking. Do you have any idea how many people do it 2,3,4 times a day ? There would be no more space in hell if everyone that masturbated was sent there. If you're so ashamed of it, next time rape someone or pickup a prostitute.

this is a normal biological function. there is nothing wrong with performing this act in my opinion as it is better than getting one pregnant or catching some disease. if you have any further concerns you might want to talk with your religious leader as they are professionals and trained in helping in all kinds of matters and since you are concerned about your spiritual needs please confer with them. good luck.
